What to Expect in a Listening Session

  • You’ll choose the time that feels right for you — 15, 30, or 45 minutes — and whether to connect by phone or Zoom.

  • You’ll be met with calm, focused presence from the very start.

  • You can talk about anything—no matter how tangled or unclear.

  • You’ll be listened to with care, reflected back clearly, and gently guided with clarifying questions when it’s helpful.

  • You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, calmer, and more grounded.
